Why can't I change a game's progress after Finished?
Once a game is Finished or Mastered, Plan to Play, Paused, Played and Dropped are locked. You can still play it again with Playing again, or undo a Finished you marked.

Finished and Mastered are milestones: they record what you've done with a game, not what you're doing now. Once a game has one, Plan to Play, Paused, Played and Dropped are locked, and the progress menu shows only what's still open. Playing stays open, so you can always play the game again.
Play a game again
- Open the progress menu: the progress button in Your save on the game page, or Progress in the game's menu.
- Select Playing again.
The game shows Playing and keeps its milestone. When you're done, select Back to Finished (or Back to Mastered) in the same menu.
Undo Finished
Select Finished again in the progress menu. The game is no longer Finished, and the other states open again.
If Finished can't be selected, it came with the game's Mastered or from a platform, and it stays.
